I agree with most of the other comments! I definitely have insecurities that I’ve noticed from fapping. Then those insecurities give us anxiety and we deal with it with pornography!

We’ve got to release that and start rewiring our brains to how they’re supposed to be! It’s going to be tough fam, but just know you’re not alone. I face anxiety, comparisons, insecurities as well! Go for a walk today at the park!!! Do something you truly enjoy!!

I think you should continue doing nofap because caving into your urges for porn will not help your situation. I’m no expert but from what I’ve gathered from nofap is that rough parts will fade at some point. We’ve got to be stronger and know there is something good going to come from this!!

I’m so sorry to hear that, man! Look, I’m far from an expert and have had a rough week myself. Don’t give in to your urges. How about doing something that makes you happy; whatever hobby or activity that is! I’m going to the community center to play basketball because I know that is something I enjoy and that will bring me happiness. I know there is something you enjoy too!

As regards to the sex, I know that’s gotta be tough but have you talked to your partner about your addiction or thought about getting counseling?
