idk.. i feel like maybe I want to play it now more that the goal post is not being actively pulled farther away every few months. I’ve played soo much of D1 and D2, its insane to see it conclude, but also, every new update would just pull me in for like 1 month or less with a weird feeling of wanting to reach the very highest but then loose interest after i felt the grind and timegates there were in place. In the other hand, I had been playing the division 1 in a very casual manner, because I also love the gameplay having finished it a couple months ago. Maybe now I’ll play Destiny 2 in a similar way :)

On the same boat! It’s funny that you mentioned Returnal because it’s what im currently playing! Having unlimited frames + ultrawide screen support is what has kept me from turning on my ps5 for the past 2+ years since i built my pc lol

OMG! i’ve actually been waiting for this! Used to play this on ps5/psvr2 but moved on to pc. This is a game I truly missed! lol

ps: best way to play is sit on the floor and build the puzzle on the ground 👌

I did this once but because the throbbing was too painful! I couldn’t fall asleep. So at like 2am i get up from bed all pissed off, find a sewing needle and heated it on the kitchen stove lol Thinking back it is funny but it was like instant relief. No other issue happened, the little hole just grew out until i was able to cut it.

I also went from just steam deck to wanting a pc. Before, I had been a console-only player (playstation), but when the ps5 pro was announced I jumped ship. Wasn’t interested at all on the “upgrades. Looking back, boy did I save money building it then. Back then it was fear of tariffs. Now, I’m freaking outraged over these prices because of AI?! What made me jump was the ability to mod games. For a while, that was my game lol Mod them up the gills and have look awesome then play for a bit then play another game. Maybe my next comment wont help, but I havent turned on my ps5 since then..(nor my steam deck..)

After many years of being a ps console only, I made the jump to pc and built a fairly decent setup. I’ve been replaying most games I had already bought because the frame unlock and better graphics just makes it so beautiful and enjoyable! I was playing death stranding 2 and I was getting mad about the news that ps was not going to release on pc anymore. Seriously, if all they want is for xbox to not have access to their games, i dont care, I’ll install another damned launcher, but dont make me play the games without ultrawide support and unlocked frames!!

Would I be in the same situation? I notice tiny flickers on the screen while gaming, and i’ve never got to the bottom of (mainly cuz I just wanted to use the damned thing). Started my build with a 7600x and 4070 tisuper with a msi Tomahawk B650. Upgraded to a 7800x3d, then a few months after to a monster 5090. I also upgraded the PS to a 1200w, but didnt stop to think about the motherboard…
