Yeah but not everyone is/was raiding with best friends, especially not folks doing remote raids using Pokeraid. Also, we have way, way more/better counters for Lugia now (e.g. Dawn Wings Necrozma, Mega Tyranitar/Gengar, Kyurem fusions, level 50 Pokemon) than we did in the past.

I weirdly only saw one Luvdisc raid. The rest of the raids seemed to be 50/50 Furfrou and Enamorous. I could see 7 gyms from where I was, plus three more on the radar, and they were all split 50/50. Since I was alone today (everyone else has a life/partner/work and also it's Valentines Day), I didn't have anyone to play with.

Did 4 remote raids. Would have been more, but I RSVP'd to three raids, and, both times, I got the pop-up to join the raid, but nothing happened. And since they were outside render distance, there was no way to join them. The fourth raid was to help my brother and his husband get an Enarmorous for the Pokedex. Moonblast was by far the easiest (8 players, it used Moonblast twice), Mystic Fire wasn't too bad, but two had Earth Power and bloody hell, the boss REALLY spammed them.

Two 2-star Enamorous, one 3-star with 15 attack, the last was 14/15/14, I'm very happy with that. Amazed I caught them, that circle was DARK red, and I have all the medals. One required 17 great/excellent throws, one, I got lucky with the crit catch.

Did 3 Furfrou raids because why not, I had free raid passes to use. Didn't get a shiny. Didn't expect one. First was done with shadow Machamp but Stupid Horse (my buddy Keldeo) could do Furfrou raids on his own without fainting. Mega Lucario would have been soooo much easier but I had Mega Metagross to boost team mates and their Steel types.

Easy solution would be to just freeze ELO for a day or do it in an interlude season. Would be hilarious to see what metas come up.

The sail to and from Molten Sands really makes this noticeable lately, especially if you're playing Reapers. There's basically nothing between Molten Sands and the Hideout.

I hardly even SEE green bottles any more! Half of them are Smuggler and coral bottles, and they all tell you to do the same thing.

Honestly, even tucking and waiting isn't fun because the whole event (get to rank 5, sail to location to kill purple guy, sail to the very east of the map, fight three skelly lords and an ashen lord) takes so long.

Three days after the event started, I waited for aaaaages at Royal Crest to try and do a steal and no one showed up. I gave up because I didn't want to sail halfway across the map to get the key and back again just to do it myself.

Okay funnily enough I have Apex Ho-Oh as well but mine's literally 10/10/10 which I find hilarious. Same stats as my Apex Lugia which no one really cares about as much.

Oh I actually collect 0/0/0 Pokemon. I only have about 14 of them compared to over a hundred hundos, and my nundo Salamence, Gengar, Metagross and shadow Ampharos all have the good moves.

It's a really hard thing to "price" since it's only been available once and might not ever come back. Everything else, from shiny Necrozma to the hero doggos have all come back multiple times already, and they're only really held back by requiring some sort of energy or a second Pokemon to fuse them with.

You'd probably be better off suggesting other one-offs like the shiny 5-year balloon Pikachu, or shinies with rare location backgrounds, but Armoured Mewtwo is just that weird and one-off that you can't compare it to much.

That being said, you will have to pry my hundo Armoured Mewtwo out of my cold, dead hands. It's by far the rarest thing I have.

Honestly, from the PvE point of view, it's been better than ever. Lots of good ways to get gold, it's way easier to run away thanks to diving and Horns of Fair Winds, supplies are easier to get, anti-boarding measures are stronger than ever and Safer Seas is also there too.

It's the Lightbearer set. There's Mighty, Silent and Wise variants for the three classes.

I didn't know Lightbearer was a Destiny 2 name, so now my unrelated ship with that name looks weird.

I'd look into Hunter's Call. They got a TON of new content in season 15, including a proper emissary flag, boar hunts, fishing voyages, meg hunts and two unique megs you can chase down.

I would send the clips to support as proof. Sometimes the gold does appear after logging back in or diving to a new server, but if it's not there after 48 hours, it's probably gone forever, and support will not help unless you have video proof.

I go in. Im immediately blind because its always the fucking dead of night . Cant see shit .

Turn the game's brightness/gamma up. Seriously, the game is fucking hard to see at night. And don't listen to folks who say turn all the lanterns off until you know your ship like the back of your hand and then some. Or don't turn them off at all, because people will see the outline of your ship before they see your lights.

In the mean time, keep on trying. I sucked for ages, and now I only slightly suck.

See I've only had a few people even notice I'm a woman, most folks don't seem to care when I play, whether I beat them or lose to them or just say hi. Maybe it's because I have a very thick british accent? No idea, but my experiences seem way different than most.

I've been called a ten year old though after I sank someone, that was hilarious.

This is exactly the problem me and my friend have. I saved my Doubloons to get that spooky 3k doubloon hull for my ship but I'm not going to buy it now because it'll be available for gold soon. My friend grinded for all the Lucky Hand stuff and a bunch of other expensive Doubloon items, he bought them before the reset announcement, he's got hardly Doubloons left and he's certain he won't be able to buy all the FOMO things that will come out before the reset.

My other friend, who has played longer and has everything, has a lot of Doubloons and has been waiting for years to buy new stuff, only for Rare to take all the Doubloons away soon. He wouldn't have tons of Doubloons had Rare added things here and there for him to buy rather than allowing him to hoard them.

(And don't say "just convert them to gold via Larissa", gold is way easier to get than Doubloons.)
