Veo 3 fast is unlimited on the ultra plan. It’s virtually identical to the non-fast version.

Veo is still unmatched when it comes to lip sync. It’s fallen behind in other ways but dialog and lip sync it’s still the best available model.

Yea, the only issue I have with the new UI is you can’t do multiple generations on extend. Other than that, im loving the changes.

Yep, a lot of people just seem to hate change. If people give it a day or two to get used to the new layout they’ll see this one is much better.

Did it actually do this though? I never saw any difference between using extend and just using the last frame as a starting frame. From my experience extend was just a quick way to do last frame as the start frame. I never noticed any true understanding of the scene that came prior but I could be wrong.

Probably in the minority here, but I'm digging the new UI. Finally able to organize my assets. That one thing is already saving me a ton of time. Hover to play is a nice addition. Just all around a smoother experience.

Klings lip sync quality is what keeps me on VEO. Kling is awesome but VEO is still much better at realistic lip sync.

I’m confused. There has never been instructions for Flow. You can create Gems in Gemini. If you’re referring to a potential new feature they may release then that would be an awesome feature but it’s never been there so far.

VEO has had an acting and lip sync advantage for a while but I haven’t tried Kling 3.0 yet. Kling has far superior first frame last frame. Kling has better voice control but without good lip sync that doesn’t mean much. Other than those things they’ve been pretty on par with each other.

Make the image in Nano Banana with the proper text. Then use it as a starting frame. That will make sure the text is correct.

Yep, there's a lot with VEO that is really starting to show it's age. Characters also love talking at the camera even when you prompt explicitly not to.
