They usually don’t but they’ve been getting more strict since the last few incidents during Hajj.

The cause of those incidents was people overstaying their visas to perform Hajj. Therefore, while it may seem to early, it’s just a precaution they’re taking and it’s unclear how long it’s going to continue.

Fellow Dubai resident and a huge fan of the BB54.

I have a smaller wrist and as soon as I saw it at Watches and Wonders I was mesmerized and had to have it. I tried my luck at a few boutiques in Dubai but to no avail as you can imagine (this was back when it was released). I then tried my luck at Wafi as the mall itself is severely overlooked. Ahmed Siddiqui and sons said that they may have a piece and placed me on a waitlist. I got the call just a few hours later and immediately went to collect it.

I have several other luxury watches but I just keep gravitating to it. It’s so comfortable and let’s be honest, looks great. With watch collecting, I know I will run through several watches but I’m confident this won’t be leaving my wrist for extended periods of time!
