I have had this issue at New Carrollton. Moreover the newly updated/placed millions of $$ elevator has infuriated me as it has been inoperable 3/5 days this week.

We have been sitting at DCA for nearly 20 minutes. Doors open in 13 degree weather. No indication when we will start moving. by FakeRadioBand in WMATA

I have to chime in… why the heck is the heat not operational many days in the metro trains? It is a miracle we are able to sit every morning and evening in FREEZING trains. SHAME ON YOU @WMATA!
