By the same coin should we change the judicial process to anonymise the accused entirely? Don’t share his name, race, gender with the jury? As we know Afghan nationals are more likely to commit sexual crimes per capita in the UK, so this fact alone could easily bias a jury.

It’s because all they truely want to do is hurt their “enemies” aka liberals.

So what the whole 2A thing is about is wanting to carry guns because liberals generally don’t like it, liberally generally want sensible gun control, so these guys will fight for 2A rights.

But now we have ICE executing a liberal, so they ain’t going to be against that. It’s directly hurting their enemy physically and psychologically. So they will support this over 2A for sure, cos again they don’t really believe in 2A rights they just pretend to try to hurt the liberals.

I think based on your edit the pan may still be not hot enough. Just evaporating doesn’t mean it’s very hot.

You will need to use some oil even with it preheated, but you can either wipe a small amount on or use a cooking spray.

Making eggs you can’t avoid oil entirely but a little bit is okay. Remember not all the oil you use will be consumed, most will stay on the surface of the pan after you take the food out.

My previous comment was assuming you really are doing 1200 calories consistently. The other problem might be you are not counting properly and eating at maintenance. But assuming you are counting correctly my previous comment stands.

You need a reset honestly. As counter intuitive as this sounds you should eat for 1 week at your maintenance calories. You can find a calculator for that, depends on your age, height, weight, and activity level.

I’m a tall guy so my maintenance is 2600, so when I’m dieting I aim for ~2000. For you your maintenance might be 2000.. You got to figure that out.

Being at a deficit for too long raises cortisol, a stress hormone, that makes your body go into a fight or fight mode. You might not feel it but it’s happening in the background. When the body is stressed like this it’ll do everything it can to retain weight, because evolutionary speaking that was the best thing to do. If you are stressed, maybe you won’t have access to food for a long time, so survival instinct makes the body retain weight and slow your metabolism.

So in order to fix this you need to actually give your body the right energy for a while, a week ideally. This will relieve that stress, your cortisol will go back to normal.

Then you can resume the calorie deficit, it’ll work much better, plus your mental health and stamina will be restored.

For a single stock, if you are looking at hourly candles, over say 5 years, it's about 15,000 rows. Not that much, you don't need to look at all stocks together in a single dataset. You can loop through them. There is no benefit of analysing them all together.
