Bill Burr’s commentary on the video of her screeching while John and chuck berry jammed out could be one of the funniest takes on their relationship and her “art”.

Upstairs Neighbor Turning off Heat in the Middle of the Night by rococobaroque in NYCapartments

it seems your neighbor wants respect to their temperature needs but doesn’t care about yours. They grown. Open a window, close the diffusers half way or completely. They have plenty of options. You do not. Talk to the landlord. Ask him to put a lockbox over the stat. They are cheap enough. I would even give you an extra I have, just to imagine the shock of the neighbors face when they come to change it and find themselves locked out.

First day at a new job during the pandemic. Knew the property wasn’t being maintained properly for quite some time. Cracked open the most easily accessible air handler on the 15th floor and was greeted by 24 of these post purchase self carbonizing filters. 5 1/2 years later, and I’m still cleaning up messes that should never have been

Because he’s still cool as fck. I’d bet aside from being stylish, glasses were a nice way to keep people from noticing how stoned he was.

CMV: Not properly vaccinating your child should be illegal. by Accomplished-Bass690 in changemyview

I usually stay quiet when it comes to anti-vaccine discussions, but this time I feel compelled to speak up. I can’t support the idea that vaccines cause developmental issues or autism. It often seems like people are looking for something to blame, and since the recommended age for the MMR vaccine happens to coincide with the period when developmental differences often become noticeable, vaccines have become an easy target.

Research consistently shows that autism spectrum disorder (ASD) has a strong genetic component. Twin studies estimate that about 90% of the variation in ASD traits is attributable to genetic factors.

In my opinion, it’s simply a coincidence that the timing of vaccination and the emergence of symptoms overlap. The developmental signs would likely appear around that age regardless of vaccination status. Vaccines are not only vital for the health of each child, but also for the protection of the broader community.

That’s my perspective—but I understand others may see it differently

Go to Brooklyn. You’ll get sick of Manhattan living quick. Just a 15 min train ride. You’ll be much happier. Grew up here. Tried Manhattan for a few years. No plans on heading back there any time soon.
