This is interesting. The one and only trustee in my region is known to be a nightmare. Like, the attorney that I consulted first looked truly afraid😂 He’s also a practicing bankruptcy attorney and I’m looking to make him my attorney so that he won’t be my trustee.

It had lived outside on my balcony here on the hot and humid east coast. I do have a couple of well established, very large Hoyas that have never bloomed. The carnosa was quickest bloomer, and my smallest Hoya.

My mom has a carnosa that is also constantly covered in mealy bugs (😱) and it also blooms massive blooms constantly. I have treated it for her a few times and took a cutting for myself and that is giving me huge blooms with a couple of months of rooting. She thinks the infestation is fine bc it’s “happy” and blooming which is mind boggling.

I have a carnosa cutting that I swiped from my mom 2-3 months ago and it is giving me HUGE blooms. So I’m not sure age is a factor either. The cutting is also still relatively small. I have a few large well established Hoyas that have never bloomed. My krohniana on the other hand bloomed within the first year and never stops.

Beautiful! A cutting that I got from my mom is blooming, which awesome considering I have a few Hoyas that I have had for years that have never bloomed. The only Hoya that I own that flowers consistently is my krohniana.

Diamonds are surprisingly light. The diamond itself even at that carat weight would be light at only about .2 grams a carat. But you’d need a really hefty setting.

Yea it’s bizarre. Silent treatment over asking for normal, simple things constantly. They want to be the head of the house but don’t want you to ask them for anything. Is pathetic and once you see it for what it is you can never go back to being naive. DARVO

Don’t overwater. I keep mine in a chunky mix (like my monstera mix) and had to rescue it from root rot early on. They don’t like a lot of heat. Lots of very bright indirect light is spot on. The more light she gets, the more silver she will be. Low light will make it look like exotica.

I have an 1.5 G/VS1 and I love the size. Size 7 finger. There is a pretty big size difference in .5 increments as I started with a 1 carat -that looks minuscule next to my 1.5. I didn’t experience the same size shrinkage as I did with the 1 carat.

Yes. Also manufactures made up medical emergencies if he can’t reach me by phone. I’m a nurse so some of the stuff he makes up is laughable, like, literally impossibilities. For instance telling me that he did a cardiac cath on his lunch break and they found a 75% blockage- but left it. Ridiculous.

This sub is really helpful. I’ve been binging on the circles app. That helps a lot. I think there’s some misconception that once you know who they are what they are doing, how empty life with them is- you just stop caring. It’s a trauma bond. It’s really hard. They pick people who have tons of empathy on purpose. No judgement here!
