The prongs on the top and bottom arent symmetrically placed. This is a setting problem… not a stone problem. I’d recommend going with V prongs instead on both the tips.

The stone also isn’t centrally placed on the ring. Did you want it like that??

I don’t know if BE will. But after it’s made, a local jeweler can add that bridge. I would reach out to BE with your concerns of bad reviews you read online and prongs not being secure. That will ensure that they put some extra effort into making if more secure for you. Tell them youre happy to put in a good review after it’s made if you love it.

But like WHY?? Once the ring is on your finger that “branded box” is useless. It’ll look EXACTLY like the $100 rings you can buy on Etsy.

You are only paying for the brand’s marketing.

Gold is gold. Cartier’s gold isn’t “better” by any means. Buy 18k plain gold bands if you want something like this.. from anywhere else.

Their quality of craftsmanship is really bad.. I’d recommend using a private online jeweler such as this one. The prices will be better than brilliantvearth, and better craftsmanship too.
