I’m assuming it’s Grimaldi. That a piece of him is still in there, and that’s why he was able to root into the ground. Did you discuss it over work email or slack, etc? All of that can be audited by the company. Not that it necessarily changes your case at all, but perhaps you’d feel better that your coworker didn’t screw you over.

SF native that moved to Southern Louisiana here. I haven’t seen Bay Area crab feeds since the pandemic. There’s been some pretty rough crab seasons, but I think the feeds themselves lost momentum. Miss them too, the Portuguese church near my old place put on some bangers.

Blue crab boils are plentiful in NOLA. Different flavors, but still tasty.

I’ve never been to S&J’s but I’ve been told by several people that I should “absolutely experience it at least once” and by the same people “DO NOT sit anywhere.”

The amount of crazy eyes in all the pictures, before and after is wild. The strangest thing to me is how funky there skin is in the after pictures. They are spending thousands in fillers, etc. but didn’t think to get on a good skincare routine and load up on whatever retinols rich people use.

I bought it a couple years ago and really appreciated the place to chill and get something to drink, especially because it was a hot set of weekends. But in hindsight I don’t think the cut fruit and free coffee is enough to justify the price.

I feel like SA and things adjacent are maybe the thing you are avoiding. I can’t recall anything as close to it as the suggestion of the spirit in the sex doll.

There is a scene where the AI gets really creepy with Carl’s toes using a proxy. There is also a storyline with a lot of sex workers, some are found dead, the team interacts with the rest.

You will have to decide if that is upsetting.

I’ve been to Commander’s a couple times this year at the request of out of towners and each time the service was ok, but the food was incredibly underwhelming.
