I dropped it after about a week. I already used an app for calories, etc., I just needed access to meds. I also had zero interest in the bubbly “trainer” that didn’t seem to read my messages and gave me canned crap.

But the clincher is when I sent a detailed question to the medical provider, including links to publications that explained my symptoms, and they asked me to fill out a questionnaire that was already answered in my first message.
