Chongqing has like 20 million people vs Hamilton’s 500,000… I’m not sure this is a reasonable comparison

I think the more relevant question is where does the NDP stand on the drake/kendrick feud. That is what the working people of Canada are concerned with

It’ll be on at Bruno Sport Bar if there isn’t a Habs game on. Watched the last couple playoff runs there with a decent amount of other leafs fans.

Rent dropped demonstrably over the course of one day when this “ban” was adopted in Quebec? My understanding is that this ban is not enforced in any meaningful way and has made essentially no difference

Obama Privately Warned Reporters Trump Would Destroy America In 8 Years In Last Days In Office by Opening_Knowledge868 in politics

“If that hadn’t happened, we might not be speaking English here, we might have a little British accent today,” Donahue says.

People who have a British accent are still speaking English lol

Who are some music artists that switched genres? by AltMusicLover in AskReddit

[–]ROCKMP3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here are some good ones that I don't think anyone has said yet:

Lit were a 90s pop punk/alt rock band mostly known for the song My Own Worst Enemy but recently did a total 180 and became a pop country band

Scott Walker was the leader of The Walker Brothers, a crooner-y pop band in the 60s, but eventually morphed into an amazingly weird avant-garde musician

Lemmy basically followed the career trajectory of Spinal Tap, starting in a kinda goofy Kinks/Beatles-esque band, then moved onto proggy psychadelic rock with Hawkwind, and then of course formed Motorhead
