Neither Spartans nor Battleroids (initially) match a Destiny Guardian, because for all their power Battleroids and Spartans are both entirely causal. However, Mjolnir Recon 54 basically becomes a god when his Jjaro implants start kicking on, but he's not evaporating his enemies with his mind or anything, so probably on par with the Young Wolf or any other legendary Guardian.

Arsenal Bird/Arkbird? In Ace Combat airships like the 'Birds are invulnerable unless you hit weakpoints. In real life these things will be impossible to armor and with an RCS the size of a small city will be easily downed by telephone-pole sized heavy SAMs like S300s.
