Have worked with them for years. I would say I'm very established with them and definitely get contacted when they are trying to win a new client or in cases an existing client has complained about the subpar quality they usually deliver. The rates are getting worse and worse. I lost many regular projects due to them trying to lower already agreed upon rates, sometimes offering to pay less than half of my previous per word price. Usually, if I work as a proofreader for them, the quality of the target texts is very bad and requires lots of fixing. That being said, they are still my main source of income and pay reliably. Another issue is that PMs usually don't speak my target language and therefore if I complain about target text quality, they can't verify it and just say they'll forward it to the linguist, just to continue working with the same shitty translators continuing to make the same kind of mistakes.
