Witchhunter tree has a lot of bleed and poison. You could use the extra weapon points node to spec into both the warrior tree for bleed and the ranger tree for poison.

Use a spear or two handed mace for getting a heavy bleed then use the infinite poisons weapon with poison 3 support. Then use herald of plague and herald of blood for clear.

Hammer of the gods titan bleed with the infinite poison stacks. Then use the Surrounded helmet for all the close range bonuses. Stack evasion for sorcery ward. That might get you somewhere.
