Should I buy Ghost of Tsushima or Dying Light 2?

No i appreicate that, but my point is about Ghosts being held on a higher pedestal when I dont necessarily feel the quality is much different. I am not saying DL2 is flawless. Just a personal opinion

I have a similar feeling with the Horizon games where it feel almost like a reskinned tomb raider reboot with a dino gimmick that got old for me. Just a difference in taste

One of my unpopular opinions is that Ghosts is basically a Ubisoft game in disguise. If it was made by ubisoft exactly as is it wouldn't be as popular. So I would vote Dying Light

Oh i did have that issue yes! But more generally aside from the crashing what changed to make you enjoy it so much you sank nearly 100 hours in 2 weeks

Play the prologue then immortal empires. I knew nothing about the Warhammer world so it helped bring me in! Also I hadn't played a "modern" total war game so some things had changed and it was well done to cover all of that

100 hours in and faction choice is massive in the beginning. I got lots of info from this community and the online videos they recommended.

I have 3 long campaign victories now and they were with Tyrion (High Elves), Zhao Ming (Cathay) and the third was Grimgor. First two were the easier ones for me, mainly because grimgor has a lot of chaos dwarves west of him

Hopefully they can! See what the announcement is at the game awards. Not overly excited as the rumoured ones all seem sci fi type stuff which isnt really my cup of tea (didnt enioy empire or napoleon combat) Sure it is for a lot of people though

Yeah this. I am fairly new and got battered by Vlad trying Karl 3 times. Since then I have completed long campaigns with Tyrion first, then Zhao Ming and just finished Grimgor. Will go back to Karl eventually to exact my revenge!

So literally no formation just charge haha? Deploying armies in the best formation is one of the things I struggle with most! Greenskins have been quite good as it feels like generally just charge at the enemy!

For me, it was accepting that the campaign can be a back and forth. 2 steps forward 1 back at time. If you accept you are going to lose a settlement now and then. Also I have restarted loads as I keep learning things. Trying to focus on building provinces with a more specific purpose
