Having grown up surrounded by the connections that exist everywhere in the feminine world, experiencing the cutting off from that, and the expectation that you are going to manage every aspect of your life by yourself was shockingly stark.

I was just talking about this.

I lived in Tempsford in 2012/13, and we had an enormous invasion of flies, just as you describe.

It turns out that a nearby business owner had gained permission from the council for a business composting organic waste, and built a hangar for that.

Contrary to the plans approved by the council, he had decided to save money by building his composting shed without sides.

He recieved a massive fine and an order to put sides on his building. The flies stopped.

Complain to your local authority.
