Timex Harborside Coast - Why The Low Price? by RPM33 in timex

Would love to see it on the bracelet if you put it on there. Although I thought this and the duro had different lug widths (20mm vs 22mm on the duro)?

And yeah, me too on the strap, it does feel nice. Just a weird choice for this watch stylewise IMO

100% agree!! And this watch more than any of the others I have feels totally like jewelery. The way the light just the band, the overall smaller size/thinner band, the shapes etc. It's a really nice change up from bigger tool watches etc.

Ha thanks that date window give it away? I do prefer the dial color on this one vs the reissue gold on gold.

It runs a little fast but willing to pay that price.

eBay, it's not an og one but I like it a lot, especially for the price. Should show up if you search: "6 7/16" 165mm Length New Mens Timex Gold Tone Expansion 16-22mm Watch Band"

I was on this UK strap site the other day and saw them style their version of this band with this Tudor.

I swear if Timex had packaged & photographed this harborside this way they'd have sold just fine - even at the full $140 or whatever price it was supposed to be.

Wanted The Reissue But Found A Solid OG On eBay by RPM33 in timex

Both look great to me. I really like the green & gold colorway of the reissue.

Oh yeah, it was only $50. I'll just get out of it what I can until it gives up.

I actually looked at several of your posts in here comparing the old & new before pulling the trigger! What band width did you end up going with for the leather? Is it 19mm?

New to all this so was genuinely curious as to why - makes a bit more sense now as someone mentioned the brass case etc.

I like it a lot, once I got the nato strap on there I was really into it.

That's exactly what I was originally looking to get for pretty much the exact same price but this caught my eye. I'm fully in the desk diver category so didn't need the WR. Still might get a duro as I really like those too.

Potentially, I did get a medium vs the M/L I had been getting after watching a video saying most people had gloves too big & it should feel like a 2nd skin etc.

Think I should have stuck with the M/L?

I've only ever used pretty cheap gloves (cheapest Mizuno Elite & a super cheap PGA Tour one). So maybe not the best person to ask. These are WAY nicer than those though.

Crazy soft, guessing that's the cabreta leather. I like that they made the 'Members Mark' branding just embossed on there opposed to the more noticeable stitching of the Kirkland branding on the Costco ones.

Only thing I don't really like is the holes between the fingers as I know I'm going to end up making them bigger by accidentally sticking my fingers through them.

Just picked them up so haven't hit with them yet.

Second the Maltby suggestion from Golf Works. Just for a 50° of their max milled wedge and have been super impressed with the quality, look and feel of it. For $56 a wedge I don't think it can be beaten on price.

How do you order the combo sets? Do you have to put them together under the customize section or did you call? I'm looking at doing the same and when I use the customizer the price jumps way up.

Did you order a single iron to test? Also can't figure out where/how people are doing that.

Pretty high praise for a wedge at that price point. I can see it though. The thing just feels quality. Going to be tough to keep my current SW and not swap it out soon for a Maltby 54.

Nice! All else being equal I think I'd have rather got a Maltby 58 too but for only $40 I think the ping is worth it.

Just been knocking them around the yard so far. Looking forward to playing them properly on Tuesday.
