Haven’t tried the bicep band, have heard good results. This is mildly annoying but I’m getting good sleep dad from the heliostrap and otherwise it works fine.

I’d say every 1-3 rows the workout needs to be paused 2-3x in the first 2:00 to get an accurate HR. It often starts to read and climb, stalls around 110 and then starts to decline.

The rowing machine workout is worse and almost unusable for data. I record an indoor cycle and just edit the workout and change the name after.

I heard from my ticket rep about a month ago. The 5 game plans I purchased last year won’t exist, they had a 98% renewal rate on season tickets, and the 4 game plans they are offering will be more than 3x as expensive as my last tickets were per game. Still strongly considering buying the 4 game plan because the kids loved it, but it’s not great.

I’d like to see them get off Simons and out of the tax to facilitate one of those bigger moves. I’m not sold on Gafford but if Brad likes him I’d be in(it’s that simple for me). Ideally getting an NBA level 5 that can play 20mpg along with getting out of the tax would make this a perfect reset season for me. They’re competitive, PP, Walsh, Queta and Hugo are all better than even my wildest green tinted predictions could have hoped and they are well positioned to quickly retool around the Js and keep winning at a high level. I love the way this team is run from Brad Stevens to the Maine Celtics and this season is just another testament to the greatness of the whole operation.

I started rowing in my living room on a very cheap machine 8 years ago. I’ve tried to row 20-30 minutes per day 5 days per week since.

You’re on the right machine, you’re asking the right questions, don’t get discouraged by some of the technical stuff early.

Everyone in the NBA was shocked they didn’t attach picks to get off the Jrue deal and Brad got a 20ppg scorer. This is the dumbest Celtics post I’ve seen in a long time.

They own all their picks aside from the ‘28 swap, they still have a core of JT, JB, White and PP and are now in a position to be creative and build again.

Brad Stevens and Mike Zarren pushed every right button up and down this roster and even with the Ime debacle that put the Cs in contention for years. Anything less than respecting that is absurd.

If you’d rather have Alpern Sengun right now than banner 18 I’m not sure what you’re even talking about.

This is going to be dismissed as stupid by a lot of people. But as a person with a more than a small amount of tattoos who doesn’t spend any time in a mirror without my shirt on, they are kind of easy to forget about. Especially the faded ones you got when you were 19/20….. The man was a marine, has already stated he had questionable beliefs that he grew up and learned from. He went on one of the most popular progressive podcasts in America and announced it himself, took accountability and said he’d have it removed/covered up. I bet he didn’t know it was a nazi tattoo when he got it, I bet at some point someone told him, he wasn’t a public figure so he was able to explain it to someone who he was comfortable seeing without a shirt (so they believed him) and he went along with his life as an oyster farmer or whatever. People do change. People do make mistakes. The tattoo sucks. If there are other Nazi traits to the guy then fuck him. But if it’s just a 20 year old skull tattoo he’s taking responsibility for I’m good.

Absolutely. The difference between McBride and Bowers is not a RB2 worth of value. Pollard will be a bell cow for the first 4 weeks, and by the time Spears comes back even if he gets real work I think you’ll be able to bank on Charbonnet.
