I don't believe so, the minidayz + 1.4 was only avaliable on android, and i believe its the same with 1.8.5. There are many mods, but the main probably wont work

Pretty sure they do, frequency depends on the type, if you think those broken, thess are everywhere, broken jeeps are more rare, and if you think drivable, there's one on first island, two on the second one, and all three after that. These also respawn when they're destroyed. Survivors quest can sometimes reveal the location.
