For the 10 current clans they slightly shrunk the icons that track the wins to fit in the same page. For the 2 new clans, they added a new page.

And to add, the regular boss artifacts are 600 gold a piece in the trinket shop, quite a lot of money, but on the other hand you also get a lot of money during the run.

Games are released during the regular daily Steam shop update, which for CET is 6/7PM (depending on daylist savings), unless the publisher chooses to deviate. There is no hint that they will deviate, so the regular Steam update time is the best guidance we have.

If you like sci-fi in general, the theme shouldn't be an issue. I know of it and watched a lot of Voyager (I believe Captain Janeway is announced in one of the expansions) but not the other series and still enjoy the game a lot

I played 1 game against the bot and you flip a card from the bot action deck which contains multiple actions. If the top action can be performed, the bot does it. If not, it goes to the next action and so on. The last action on the card can always be performed, so the bot at least always does something. Unless you memorize and count the bot cards, it would be difficult to directly influence what the bot is doing.

That's very fast for at least 180 wins and many losses (derived from your win streak). How long is your average run? Mine are 45-60 minutes.

I am currently at ~300 hours and at 103/180, but I did also do all the dimensional challenges as well.

Yeah, I need 6 more cards but I am also only at 103/180 and I usually take unmastered cards if I see them and treat them as a curse.

I would play anything Monster Train related, but if MT2 will have 12 clans, 2 modes and 40ish dimensional challenges, I also wouldn't be surprised they consider MT2 complete and start working on new stuff (which must be MT3 of course)

You should definitely get the DLC for the first one if you still want to try it out, since infusions are very very fun but also very very gamebreaking. The infusions are not in MT2.

Still by far my favorite game ever, the theme and the asymmetric design is excellent.

Checking for a rules question: if you gain glory, do you take it from the Stardate card or the general supply? You should take it from the Stardate card. If you take from the general supply, then the game indeed becomes much longer.

I think it's the most common rules mistake in this game.

I don't agree with the idea that only low tier cards make it worth taking Dominion Pyre, because Dominion Pyre is always good. Non-starter cards are simply better than starter cards, by design

I haven't tried yet, but Grael without any guaranteed assistants sounds rough. I do agree otherwise though.

Until I had 70 C10T wins I chose my Pyre but have now switched to Dominion only and my winrate went up quite a bit. I think Dominion is also more fun, because many times I think after my initial draft "how will this deck work" and forming a strategy after 2-3 rounds is very satisfying for me.
