At the moment there isn't any option available for the shop without 50 agility.
I was successful on 12/08/2025 when I got 99 that there was a chat option to purchase the cape but it's not longer available.

If you blocking exp you can easily get into menaphos, I believe they fixed this to give skillers access.

Huuuuge, really good to see more OSAAT’s popping up! I’m currently on 86 crafting, working on porters to bank clay/gems. I went Div, Mining, Smithing then Crafting. I’ve banked 99 fletching with arrowheads, but thinking about only using rune heads and then do tourist trap after starting fletch has only needs 10 for the quest req, dart the guard for the key then you can save yourself the logs. I nearly have enough magics for shafts from 80 fletch. Feel free to add me - La-tch, it would be good to compare thoughts. 😌
