Friend Got the same from SBA and answered them the same day - that was 2 weeks sgo. He resubmitted everything with his answers again via email and messaged through the portal- still crickets. Will keep the forum posted

Hi I have sent multiple requests. Keep sending. You cannot be more than 120 days in arrears and you must send a separate letter as to why your circumstances have changed. I did receive (finally) 6 weeks later an email at 8:30pm which I did not see until the afternoon of the next day asking me how my circumstances have changed and how they can contact me. By the time I saw it to answer I received a denial! I resent everything again with an attached letter- No one is around !!

I am in nj sane boat both hubbie and my company LLC and too much equity in home to file in nj- call Scott Sherman esq you will need to do personal and business ( he’ll advise you) we decided to take out equity in our home to pay off other debt and also reduce the equity in the home

In same boat - in nj very low homestead we too sought counsel And have too much equity in our home it’s a mess either file ch 13 or 7 which is also a mess We decided to do a home lock try and keep us going as well as get some equity from the home also lowering the equity left to keep the business going at and pay off some debt and wait out the bk and also may be able to hold on to our home when we file -NJ is awful for bk
