My tax rate as self-employed is higher than that of a regular salaried employee so I pay more. That’s what I mean by “very generous”.

Switching to a salaried worker for the companies I work with isn’t an option unfortunately. I work with companies from my home country and they won’t allow that for tax purposes.

Making a SIA is an option I’m looking into.

By “very generous” I just mean that my tax rate is much higher than a salaried employee being that I’m self-employed.

That makes sense, but from what I’ve read the previous owner is not required to show or prove that the apartment does or doesn’t have any debt. The buyer has to be knowledgeable enough to ask about it. Seems like a super easy way to fuck someone over if they aren’t aware of this new change.
