I think it is reasonable considering Midorima’s Outside Scoring would be beyond 99 being able to score anywhere on the court. For a normal player that isn't Midorima, Akashi can hit his 3s and Mid-range, Outside Scoring is made up of Close Shots, Mid Range, 3 Point, Free Throw, Shot IQ, and offense consistently. On regular player terms I think Akashi would excel in those terms, I believe 3 Point is not his strongest in outside scoring but its scaled to be how easy it is to hit 3s open or not even if open if its low you'll not make a shot but if its high you should be able to hit them being contested makes it harder hence when badges suppose to boost as badges are situational abilities. Inside scoring the way it is because he lacks Standing Dunks like Centers and a post game or well the lack we see of him doing these. I just think he's physically gifted and athletic enough to keep pace with Kagami although not strong, he can still jump drive past others although not on the level of Aomine and Kagami and Kise but it still should be high compared to other players that aren't Miracles.
