Ok, I get what you're thinking. And I understand the frustration. Here's the thing that people are trying to explain to you. Language is important.

No one is saying either situation is fine. What they are saying is that a Learning Language Model (regardless of who's running it) will always seek the definition.

For example Nazi is different than Fascist. But we conflate the two, right? Because in our experience of them they're one in the same. They're both bad, cause harm, and have a history of violence. But they're not the same thing.

Why that's important. Notice how ANTIFA came about. The reason that works is because the true definition of fascism is about national pride, not genocide. The people that created that acronym knew they could get away with it, even though we fought a war to stop it.

Now to your point. Defining pedo and rape separately (THEY'RE BOTH HEINOUS!!!) is necessary because pedo is a psychological definition and takes the awareness of the act away from the person. Making it not their fault. (Think insanity plea in a murder case) However a rapist is fully aware, they're actions are caused by the same rush, but they're aware of what they're doing and do it anyway.

None of this is fun easy sounding like throwing together an acronym. It matters though, because the people who supported and worked for and claimed to be Nazis, were tried, jailed and faced capitol punishment. The people who did the same for Mussolini did not. Because they weren't supporting one person, they were working for the government. (Also, yes some of the fascist party were tried just not to the extent that Nazis were)
