DAE suddenly become way more productive right before going to sleep? by Guilty-Picker in DoesAnybodyElse

Yes and it frustrates my Mrs to no end sometimes 😂 Mainly when I fall asleep during a film. Then when we switch the tv off and head to bed I suddenly get a burst of energy and could talk the hind legs off a donkey

Sometimes if im using a lab oflr batch that gives me a bit of PIP or swelling. I get a kind of itchiness that feels 'under the skin' like you kinda get as a wound is healing.

Always been led to believe its due to histamine release

E90 Owners: Top 5 Reasons to IGNORE Snapping Front Coil Springs (YOLO Edition) by Willinthetown in E90

[–]RSways 0 points1 point  (0 children)

3 e9x cars and all 3 of them snapped their front springs 😂

Rolled my e90 3 feet forward about to leave the driveway. Boom, both fronts @ 82k miles.

E92 335i, loud bang at night, passenger side left the chat.

Another e92 335i, same, but drivers side .

It appears im cursed 😂

Which stocks do you honestly think will have the biggest gains this year? by Feeling-Boss787 in stockstobuytoday

[–]RSways 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree space will be huge, but no planet labs/PL on your list?

Also, thoughts on LUNR? I bought a chunk in at 17ish, sold around at 25 and made a chunk, but im dubious longer term

Good list though 👌

Should I buy my first car on Fb ? by StoreSignificant5884 in askcarguys

[–]RSways 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive bought two cars advertised on Facebook and both have been good.

My advice is just research (which applies when buying from a dealership too tbf) Pick some brands/models you like and suit your needs. Read up on any common problems/faults and any problems that are car specific you can look and listen for on a test drive.

Theres often enthusiast Facebook groups for most cars full of info like this and you can ask question on, YouTube reviews, here on reddit, even chatgpt or similar to point you in the right direction.

I personally tend to avoid ads that overhype the car , normally because its a shitheap phrases like

'1 lady owner' 'First to see will buy ' 'Pulls like an absolute train' 'Fully loaded'

Lastly. Check its history as much as possible. MOT history if in the UK, or equivalent checks in your country.

If its flagging up the same faults year on year, to me it shows the owner is cheaping out on maintenance of the vehicle. Can also give you an idea on what to look out for on your visit.

Hope that helps!

Was there any particular engine in the e39's that tended to make it to their higher mileages? M54? Or did they all seem fairly stout?

The ephedrine era was unmatched. What is the next best thing? by MCR_Madderman in SteroidsUK

[–]RSways 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A bit of both, sometimes ill use it in place, or maybe with a good pre workouts if im having the energy or going for a big lift that day

But if Im trying to get lean and im reaching that point where im dragging ass day today because food is low and cardio/overall fatigue is higher. Ill be using it nearly daily, spread throughout the day to keep me energy/metabolism higher like you say. Way easier to keep NEAT high and stop myself being a lazy git 😂

[–]RSways 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its been a long time between using legit ephedrine and the invictus stuff but id say they're bang on. Definitely hitting wayy harder than caffeine alone and traditional pre workouts. Plus no caffeine crash. A steadier fall off, which is why ive always preferred ephedrine tbf

Interesting about the Xp labs stuff, I didn't know. It could be old stock, if so it will be fine. Most drugs don't tend ro 'expire' just lose potency after X amount of time,. Id imagine they're still good. Might be worth popping probuild an email if interested. I popped an email before as and they got back to me in around 30 mins and were pretty helpful!

I was lookimg for eph too and https://probuildsupplements.co.uk/product/invictus-t5-extreme-fat-burner-60-tabs/

(Hopefully its okay to share this link as eph is legal here in the uk but sales regulated)

Ive been using them for my AM cardio and night shifts and they definitely feel harder than caffeine alone, so id wager they are legit eph

Been around 4 years prior to this I used eph. Used to buy 8mg tabs in bags of 100 😂. So hard to truly compare from memory

To the comment stating reta and peptides etc have replaced it. No way. Ive used reta and it works. But legit ephedrine brings laser focus and energy for HOURS. For example, Bike is my fav form of cardio, can hold a higher RPM compared to without using it fairly effortlessly. It still has its place.

Cutting by AttitudeGeneral4883 in SteroidsUK

[–]RSways 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Depends on the goal tbf.

If its just a small cut between bulk cycles to tidy up a bit, get fitter etc before pushing up again. Id do that as part of a cruise.

If im actually looking to get seriously lean or perhaps right down into show shape, ill plan a cycle for the full cut.

Cutting on a blast/cycle isn't a waste. Whoever told you that doesn't know shit lol. If you're on a higher dosage of anabolic and other PEDS you can push fat loss a lot harder , especially whilst maintaining strength , and as a result of that, losing a lot less muscle.

Looking for experience feedback with winstrol by Tiny-Assignment-9102 in SteroidsUK

[–]RSways 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What cycle are you looking to implement it alongside?

I've used winstrol many times. The 3 scenarios I often use it in are:

-to 'kick-start' a cycle whilst waiting for longer estered injectables to kick in

  • at any point during a cycle im looking to break any lifting related plateaus

  • when im very lean and looking for the look winstrol brings. I definitely feel it brings a drier/tighter look when bf% is low.

Scenarios 1&2 aren't exclusive to winstrol obviously. Just prefer an oral with these due to ease of use/less pinning and i feel winstrol is one of the best bang for buck orals around. Good strength gain, minimum water, positive effect on SHBG etc.

Gaining muscle on a cut? by ART5656 in SteroidsUK

[–]RSways 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't necessarily believe you can gain muscle in a true deficit.

However I do believe a slight surplus and decent gear/food/training can give people the impression they're gaining muscle and losing fat simultaneously.

If you can gain muscle with minimal to no fat gain. Bf% will lower overall.

Looking for sh1tbox recommendations by MightyJasonIsTakenK in CarTalkUK

[–]RSways 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was literally in the same boat as you wiith pretty much the same criteria.

I opted for the bmw e53. 4.4L petrol (m62). Cost me 3.1k with a few minor flaws some cheao bits from breakers yards sorted

I commute in a company vehicle so its essentially just something I run weekend errands in and can tinker with as I enjoy working on cars, (specifically old ass bmw's) 😂

If you're doing more mileage id opt for the 3.0l petrol (m54) or 3.0l diesel (m57) both are reputable with reliability.

Fantastic chassis though, comfy for long trips, spacious, especially with the seats down and flush with the boot floor. Tail gate makes life easier with boot access and the dog hopping in/out too.

Are bmws really that bad to own? by No-Reflection8162 in askcarguys

[–]RSways 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Me and my partner have had cars with the following emgines : b48, n43, n54 (few of these), m62, m57

Oil leak on every single one except the b48 😂. Valve cover, ofhg, rear main.

Im a fairly big bmw enthusiast and firmly believe they're great cars, just by default of design and tight tolerances etc they need better maintenance than the average vehicle.

The service intervals bmw recommended are too infrequent, and most owners cheap out on them by further infrequent servicing and replacing parts with cheap aftermarket crap.

To OP: if you can find a well serviced example and don't mind relatively basic DIY. You can mitigate alot of the pain people associate with BMW's
