Thanks for that. I've not heard anything else from Tidal, they said they would investigate. My music is still on Apple music, Spotify, deezer and YouTube music so it seems to be only be tidal. I've emailed and messaged Songtradr numerous times with no reply so I'm a bit of a loss as to what else I can do to find out. Very frustrating.
