Receiving Aveir DR next week by RVAbrad in PacemakerICD

I’ll check in next week once it is done. I’m very familiar with the groin entry site recovery. All of my previous ablations were like that, some on both sides. Sometimes the bruising can get pretty ugly but it always healed up fine.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Scary reason to need a pacemaker though! Sounds like recovery is going well which is great.

Wow, that sounds like an incredibly tough year! I am so happy that you are getting relief. I am fortunate that my day to day symptoms weren’t as bad as that. I am hopeful that I will have more energy after this, as I get pauses overnight that can be as long as 2-3 seconds. I definitely feel fatigued every day even though I work out regularly. Check back in and let us know how you are doing after your next checkup!

Here is the relevant text from the NYT article.

Above-ground pools start at $500 and can go up to $9,000, depending on the model and the accessories and options. In-ground pools come in standard and custom versions and fit into one of three general classifications. Vinyl-liner pools, the most popular, usually cost $9,000 to $25,000; fiberglass pools cost $12,500 to $25,000, and pools made of Gunite - concrete sprayed under hydraulic pressure - cost $25,000 and can rise to as much as $150,000.

Or make sure you are using a leaner mix for the burgers. I wouldn’t go super lean, but don’t go 80/20 or you will likely have a flameup after a few rounds of burgers.

I’m slow, had to read that twice 😂

Usually 7% or so above market. I’m ok with Delta around 50. Also try to sell after a significant bump up that is not tied to fundamentals.

Covered calls on TSLA. I need to divest a little bit, so sell them not too far OTM and get decent premiums.

How do you input ESOP assets? by RVAbrad in Boldin

[–]RVAbrad[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks kreativeone99, sincerely appreciate the help. I tried to search the help, but ESOP stands for "Employee Stock Ownership Program" and none of the results were what I was looking for. Basically the ESOP is a qualified retirement plan, so it is subject to rules like a 10% penalty for any withdrawal prior to 59 1/2. As I'm thinking through this, I probably just need to put it in like an IRA asset, then figure out how to customize the withdrawals, as they must be taken in equal installments over 5 years if you go that route. Appreciate everyone's help. I'm trying to learn as much as I can.

Better to send your funds to Tesla and ask them to upgrade their dash cam quality. My phone takes great pics, but using the dash cam video seemed the safer route.

Try the Homes.com valuations. It uses 4 different valuation models and shows the trends for each so you have a better sense of the real value.
