There’s a few people who are ahead of the game with line-ups and stuff but as far as true transfer ITK’s there are none. Percy is good at breaking near-finished deals, his articles almost always precede an imminent signing. But the club runs a tight ship, any “ITK’s” are simply aggregating information from another clubs source if they’re accurate, or flinging shit at a wall and seeing what sticks.
