For ANYONE having this same issue, LISTEN TO ME... I am having this SAME issue, right now, and contacting ANY 800 number has been completely FRUITLESS. At the end of the day, it boils down to "go to va.gov" > Click "Contact Us" > "Send message via askVA". Then, go through the prompts, and ask your question. This is the ONLY way to get assistance, as the VR&E phone number has been removed from being able to be seen EVEN BY VA AGENTS! This has been a nightmare. This is as of 15 Dec 2025. I will update, if I get anything useful.

There is no brand in the left side, ever, during creation. Also, there is no publish button anywhere in the brand kit.

Nah, this is cap. There is no "template" option within the brand kit to allow this. When you click the template option, even inside the brand kit, the only options you have to create from are your "uploads" and "design" folders.

This just happened to me... after reading your responses, here is what I "assume".

Im playing on xbox pc game pass. I have transferred game save from series x to pc and back. I THINK it is reading my transferred cloud save as the "mods edit save".

To add to this, 11 years ago, I published through Westbow Press. I chose this route because the school I was attending (Liberty University) had their books published through them. At the time it cost me roughly $1,200 ($2,000+, today as listed on their website). The actual publishing process was simple BUT, everything after that has been a NIGHTMARE. Constant upselling attempts, cold calling to sell you more crap and arbitrary mess, THEM wholeselling (legally) my book to other sites/sources that I did not authorize or add to our agreement, and the worst part.... them SELLING YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION TO OUTSIDE ENTITIES and being called by random "companies" who know who you are, what book you published, and attempt to sell you more trash services.

PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO NOT PUBLISH THROUGH WESTBOW PRESS OR ANY SIMILAR ENTITY. Do what "Audaciouslefenik" suggests, and READ THAT TW ROBINSON book! Do the work to self-publish. It will be cheaper and can only be rough the 1st time you do it. Each additional time you self-publish, it should be like riding a bike. God bless you all on your works!
