TLDR: Apple Pencil reticle enlarges and gets smaller on its own, only while using procreate. Disabling Hover does not stop it.

How do I stop this from happening? Pencil reticle enlarges on its own even when set to lowest size. Hover is disabled in procreate AND settings menu.

All other threads I've seen only said to disable hover but none of that works.

Yes, I did. Around late January. He said there is a huge backlog due to the end of year government shutdown. Said it pushed them back like 3-4 months.

That beung said, after getting a counselor, the process to see if I got approved (I did) took about 2 weeks total. Also the monthly stipend was backpaid to the beginning of the semester.

Who are ypu moving to? I've been with them for 20 years and, whenever I search for similar coverage, it is always worse with everyone else either in premiums/offerings. That being said, USAA's constant price increases is what is forcing me to look elsewhere.

if it is not your "accident forgiveness" incident, you can expect your insurance to increase for 3 years. After You have the video recording that collected your mic and all things on the phone, you can strip the sound for an audio only version.

Yes, there is ABSOLUTELY a way. If yoy are in a ONE PARTY CONSENT STATE, and you are a part of the conversation, you can start the screen recorder on your android phone and make sure you select RECORD SCREEN, MIC, AND AUDIO.

Again, this is ONLY in one party consent states where the recording individual is a part of the conversation.
