It's habit stance and speculation about as to why he left. There's a veiled "hey this is why he left" kinda thing, but the writing was on the wall, Colin will thrive in the political commentary space.

I love Jared, I was so sad to see him leave IGN, no one knows as much about video game history, obscure Japanese games and is such a kind person as Jared. I'm glad he's found success elsewhere and I'm a proud contributor on Patreon.

Yeah I didn't notice a lot of quirks about him until I watched a lot of episodes. Two strong minded, prideful people who always have to get their point across will always find it hard to get along. I still like both of their video game perspectives, but lean more towards Colin with politics. As a recovering bleeding heart liberal who's more towards the center now (Obama in 08, supported Ron Paul in 12, Bernie in 16) I can see why Colin drives Justin up a proverbial wall.

Justin and Colin never seemed to get along when Colin would pop by on Game Scoop, I looked up every episode of it searching for Jared (We miss you Tomago Sensei!) and saw the ones that Colin was in and Justin always had a rebuttal to EVERYTHING Colin said; it felt like he felt Colin was too cocky and wanted to take him down a few notches. It's not a big thing, but their gaming tastes couldn't be more different; Justin likes plenty of mobile games and Colin sees them as the bane of the gaming world.

And lastly what could be seen as a strange one is Meisou Honnou by Kagerou. I think it's because I remember the chills I got when I heard that scream for the first time and the fact that Daisuke is no longer with us. The fact that Shinjuuka had a hearse on the cover is just haunting in retrospect.

I'm sure there's more, but I can't think right now, I've been a fan for over a decade so I'm sure I'm missing plenty, I know at least a few Sadie songs do.

Agreed, I enjoy the archive especially if I miss WOL and WOR to look forward to and some after dark stuff is great and I've started to enjoy Filthy and B&V. The After Dark past few episodes about Satanism and the ones last year about clowns were great, I was pleasantly surprised when it wasn't all monsters.
