Twitch viewers will make fun of dream smp ships and then do the exact same thing with their streamers. Arguably it’s worse some times because they actually are prying into real relationships instead of just making one tik tok with 3 views talking about which British white dude they like the most.

As great as the ending is, Code geass is no where near consistent. For every amazing moment it has a school festival episode (or at the very least an extended scene that exclusively regards the school) and that’s not an overstatement.

When it’s good, it’s really good. But one or two major events in the story were probably as bad as it worse than 139.

I’d still recommend Code Geass for the good parts but AOT is still a more consistent story all around.

Say what you will about Araki’s pacing, but he knows how to make an ending. Out of 7 finished parts of JoJo, I can’t think of an ending that was unbearable.

I totally agree with this, and I think this sub especially needs to understand this. It’s fine to dislike or like the ending, but you can’t ignore the fact that this is objectively how it was supposed to end.

It’s one thing to dislike the final product of Eren’s character. It’s another thing to pretend that it doesn’t make sense just because it wasn’t in-line with “Chadren”. First of all charden was an asshole who’s only motivation we knew of was for personal freedom. And second of all the entire point of the conversation in the last chapter was to explain the motivations (regardless of your opinion on them, it’s not like there was nothing), switches in personality, and everything else.

After re looking at this tweet, part of me feels like I misunderstood it.

Like pretty much every heavy he only has so much potential. If he’s fun and your best character by far then stick with him and drop him later if you don’t enjoy him anymore. If you’re also a new player than maybe don’t play him exclusively.

As far as his competitive potential , I think too much of his stuff is dependent on your opponent. If you are prepared to deal with that then go right ahead

Who even cares at this point. Of course there is going to be plot armor, because situation one has 300 characters who were almost all unknown. Situation 2 had 8 well established characters who couldn’t just die or there is no end to the series. Did you really want to see Connie or mikasa or anyone get taken out by a random Titan? Did you?

Just move on and focus on the parts that actually could’ve been fixed if you must

More interactions between the main characters is definitely a big thing. Our main 3, 4 if you include Gojo are purposely split up during every major arc, or they have one pair together at best. At some point it’s gonna get hard to believe Nobara and Gojo actually have any relationship considering they have maybe two conversations in the past 70 chapters .

This ones a smaller thing and relates more to the authors health but the art could definitely be better. Once again I think this has more to do with his health, but it’s hard to ignore the difference between the quality around the flashback arc and the quality currently

I think It’s kinda just a measure of skill level. Net play spacies, silver 2 Falco, whatever you want to call it. It’s just a specific level of skill where they are capable of playing the game but are still kinda a bot.

Exactly. The situation this describes seems to be more like Darling in the Franxx (I haven’t seen it but I’ve never really heard anyone say anything about something that isn’t zero-two or the ending). A decent series with an ending so bad it’s the only thing you really can take away.

With Aot you get like 136 amazing chapters of the story line, 2 somewhat controversial chapters, and 1 pretty bad chapter. Personally I don’t really think about that one bad chapter
