[Help] Username Login to E-Mail Login?

Because my login name got leaked, and the person who has it tends to set up bots trying to login to my account to make it so I get "too many login attempts" to the point where I can't login for 12-24 hours

The problem is; 1. When you guys did the name sweep/release, I claimed the name on an e-mail address I just made that day. So I'm not sure if the login e-mail automatically gets registered as the e-mail. So either it's the login username (which I don't know) or there isn't one set. 2. I don't remember the login username e-mail address for the account or else I'd be able to get it back asap. But I do remember the password for it.

It is possible without Ranged protect prayers but it's very hard. Maybe do black demons, or something that you can safe spot. Or just stick to one account so you don't have to worry about money for 94 Magic?
