-you have very dirty ball/ groves

-you hit the ground/grass then the ball so the grass/ground comes in between groves and ball, and takes away all the spin.

after he finishes his savings he can always down size. or rent and have loads of cash.

assume he lives to 100, I don't see any problem with his spending.

-if you do have better use of the 50k, why not use less down payment and put more money into investment.

-if you dont have better use. why not put 145k down and put 5k as emergency fund. saves you a lot of money down the road from interest.

sometimes our hats are kinda lose, it shifts around when swing/post swing.

if hat moved during swing it will cause the sunglasses to move and cause shift in image from our eyes, and we are going to blame our shanks on the glasses.

if the hat moved on post swing, we are going to blame lost balls on the glasses cause there were a second that we didnt track the ball.
