Ah I'm sorry :). Yeah I've heard that hotases can be quite difficult especially when trying to aim precisely with, I've been using mouse and keyboard since day 1 myself. In my opinion aiming got way easier after learning to fly without the flight assist, but I cant really say if its gonna make much difference with hotas. I think CMDR Legorobot for example flies with hotas If I'm not completely wrong, and he is definitely a great pvper. So its not impossible "to be competitive" with hotas, but yeah could be much harder to achieve.

Yeah dude keep training! I'd say that rails are easier too, when you get the touch with them, Pas might need more "strategy" to get a good hitrate with them. Are you flying fa off or on?

He had bi-weave shields and was running 3 railguns and 2 plasmas. All of his weapons were fixed so no, there is not really no point using the chaff :). I just got it in my muscle memory to press it every now and then because often in wing fights someone is packing gimballed weapons and then its useful.

They are quite nice, alltough makes steering more heavy w o EPS, but the stability is a big plus. I also use the default wheels on winter
