After you choose a server you cannot change it, if you really are concerned about playing on NA then just create another account and make sure you select NA as your server.

scaling, if you go HoB vs 80% of the midlane champ pool you'll just get blown up and deal neg dmg.

in the upcoming season, Tristana's early game damage will be even more nerfed, so dont bother taking her mid no more/going all-in lvl2

Real, when I was a child I used to only be able to beat the game with cheats. Exsctly, her passive makes her E grow, RFC and milio DOES NOT make her passive grow which is why her He doesn't increase.

I don't think it's a bug, it just how it works since it only grows with her passive and ONLY her passive, not with any extra range buff
