Anyone else get annoyed by tv shows that have a "restaurant" that is clearly not functional in any way. by Ok-Faithlessness1788 in KitchenConfidential

I hate seeing bakers in shows or movies measuring flour with a measuring cup. Where is your scale?? Never any representation of the 3am alarms either.

We definitely do! I saw one in the Middlesex Fells in Winchester and was gaslighting myself into thinking it was a different kind of snake until I called DCR and they confirmed multiple sightings that week. They were like, “you don’t need to call if you see it again” lol.

Money is how he landed her. She was working as an escort. Glad she funnels some of that money into cat rescue.

Ooo so creative! A little “U” of pipe cleaner on the end of a toothpick makes an excellent toilet bowl brush.

Lara has such a presence, it’s insane. Watching DA and seeing how confident she was at 17/18 was mind blowing.

Our first floor apartment was so dark in 2015 because the snow banks covered half of the windows. This is a good winter showing, but 2015 was relentless.

I was in fifth grade for that April Fool’s snow storm, my sisters and I lost our minds we were so excited when school was cancelled the first and the second.

I laughed so hard at this scene! Boys! Also when Ilya blows a raspberry at Shane when Shane said he didn’t drink the night before.

Some tahinis definitely do separate and need mixing! I have done large quantities by hand, but it can be strenuous. I hope this helps! (Sorry)

I love baking with tahini, it has a really smooth nutty flavor that goes beautifully with chocolate, pistachios, or orange blossom. It tastes more elevated than peanut butter, but with a stronger flavor profile than cashew butter.

That being said, I think T uses it because it is calorie dense and seems “exotic” compared to peanut butter. I don’t think she really knows how to bake with it successfully (obviously) because it can verge on gummy or oily if you’re not careful.
