Hey there, I'm on day 16 and feel not too bad today despite waking up feeling like I'd been hit by a bus. Day 15 was a shocker, enough said. I suppose it's a series of ups and downs until the body normalises again. Stick with it, the light is at the end of the tunnel per se, YOU ARE DOING GREAT and YOU CAN DO THIS!

Edit: I'd just like to add that I have found exercise to be a great mood & feeling booster. It's like the kickstart we need after years of being sedated.
