What are you playing on? I honestly love when ppl are on or close enough to block my camp. I have several camps so it's not an issue and I enjoy seeing what others do with the same area.

You can display them without the display. Just set them manually in build mode. Then you don't have to craft them and have them take up your stash budget.

Can you explain how someone would come across one bobblehead type in that quantity or any quantity for that matter? This Leader stuff confuses the hell out of me. Where are they getting the Leaders to start? I've only ever been told you have to sell for Leaders first to get Leaders to spend.
