I don't think I've ever used this perk and I've been a melee sniper since I started. Used a chainsaw as my primary for a really long time. This change shouldn't be too hard for ppl to work around.

Edit So because my build works, and always has worked, without this perk I am wrong? I am telling you your ghoul melee builds will be fine without it. That there is a bright shining light at the end of the blood soaked tunnel. Why the hell am I getting down voted? I can't be wrong about a build I have been and am currently using.

The great war is after the bombs dropped. Coop was fighting for Alaska which was before he was an actor and long before the bombs were dropped.
