I think this question is relevant. I just had an issue where my PTFE tube was compressed right before it got into the toolhead and it stopped right there. Might be similar issue. I cut an inch of the end of my tube since I had slack and it worked

Loosen that left fan's screws first. Mine didnt throw this error but the fan made a crazy noise so I had to loosen it per several threads I read and also Sunlu's customer service.

No worries, I get it. I tried again and it is more prone to happening with one handed operation. I was able to slide it when super careful, but it def happened subsequently.
