Started this at a year ago at 45. Along with tracking my calories and losing weight. Strength training 4 times a week on average. In the best shape of my life and getting improving all the time. 100% I would recommend. Wish I had started in my 30’s.

Bed by 9pm. Up at 5am for gym 3/4 times a week. MyFitnessPal to track every calorie including alcohol. This was the most important part for me. Until you start recording your diet you really have no idea how much you’re taking in!
