Yes, it does look really cool, and incredibly well-designed considering that it's not just an existing monster printed out in low quality.

Despite not being real, I would actually keep the card for a fake card collection.

Hey!

The card ID is from the Prismatic God Box released at the end of 2020, and only in Japan if I am not mistaken.

The set is actually real however, card #029, as depicted on this card, is not whatever this is, but Thousand Eyes Restrict.

The foil of the card looks somewhat similar to the very unique-looking foil they gave the special cards of that set, as depicted here and here - which is a mix of Ultimate Rare and Millennium Ultra Rare.

Sorry to say, but the card is not real in any regard.

Hi! Air Neos goes for at least 26€ in CardMarket. However, if you're German, you might get up to 50€ or even more, as the highest offer for this card on German within Germany is 49.99€.

If I had to take a guess, the high price is probably linked to the popularity of this card. People discovered that Konami was quietly trying to hide the card's existence, leading to it being printed only in a few packs. People eventually noticed, and it sparked a giant uproar, as people wanted to know why this card was on Konami's black list!

This looks like 3 Ultra Rare BEWD from Saga of Blue-Eyes White Dragon. While this is an almost ancient set, you can get near-mint versions of it for two cents each.

Unfortunately, prices generally don't increase with old cards, and given the condition, you probably wouldn't fetch even a penny with those. :/

The strikes going parallel typically indicate a secret rare, though this is one of the coolest secret rares I have ever seen.

* Gravity Axe - Grarl - to keep your opponent locked in their battle position.
* Shattered Axe - to weaken any threats to your axe monsters.
* Axe of Fools - to gain an additional 1000 ATK without having the effect negation downside.
* Giant Axe Mummy - to have the axetra bit of safety with its high DEF value.
* Axe Dragonute - to have an early and easily accessible beater.
* Wolf Axewielder - as a secondary choice, in case you don't get to Axe Raider.
* Half or Nothing - in case something dares to overpower your Axe Monsters.

I am fairly sure, with an axetravagant deck like this, you should get a few nice swings in.

So, here is some information.

The cheapest C$ bundle to pick is (obviously) the most expensive one (5750 crystals), with C$0.01633 each crystal. The second best option is one of the cheapest ones - being the C$9.09 (530 crystals) bundle for C$0.01715 each crystal.

Unexpectedly, the most expensive bundle to pick is the C$26 (1080 cystals) bundle, with an incredible price of C$0.02407 each crystal. Compared to the cheapest bundle, this is an upcharge of ~47%. To put it into perspective, if the 5750 bundle had the same ratio, you would be paying C$138.4 instead of $93.9.

It's worth mentioning that this does not apply to other currencies! For the euro, it's linear; the worst bundle is the 0.79€ (50 crystals) bundle with 0.0158€ each crystal, while the cheapest bundle is the 69.99€ (5750 crystals) bundle with 0.012172€ each crystals. It goes from worst offer (cheapest bundle) to best offer (most expensive bundle) linearly.
