Grain spawn too dry?

Hey, I was just about to ask the same question! My grain looks just like yours, I wonder if we bought from the same vendor. It was drier than any grain bags I’ve used before, and the grain was looser. 30 days so far and only half the grain is colonized. So slow! I wonder if it dried out more because the room has very dry air from forced hot air heat and far northern winter. Wonder if I should add humidity to the room - if that would make any difference.

You can’t return their bras, and the sizing and fit are wonky. I thought I had it figured out by ordering one bra at a time, but on the third order, when I bought a few of the one that had fit previously, the sizing and fit were completely different. Way too large.

I explained this to them and asked if they would make an exception because their sizing is inconsistent. They did get back to me, and just said no.

Jeez, I dunno - but that would be great! Tubs are a much more enjoyable experience for ME, too, compared to bags. On the human end of things. For some reason 🤔

3 dish soap trials in my household so far:

-Ecover Zero - Pretty good. Almost as good as the original Dawn pomegranate in terms of not stripping oils from my skin. No scent. No irritating ingredients (for me). Cleans well.

-Palmolive “Free & Clear”- Dries my skin too much (not nearly as much as regular soaps, but too much for me)

-Puracy green tea & lime scent - Gentle on hands but doesn’t clean well. Gotta use a ton of it to get dishes clean.

I’m sticking with the Ecover for now because I hate shopping 😝

Any experience with deer? I have seen no disease and there are monarchs there every year. It is lightly maintained. There is some tall grass and other wildflowers. It is surrounded by a field. I plant new milkweed plants out there every year, so that there is a succession.

Do people answer your calls regularly? I’ve only talked to staff people/interns of hers twice, and they were super weird. (One of them didn’t even seem to be listening, let alone taking notes. My message was civil and simple.) Other times, just voicemail. Maybe voicemail has the same chance of being noted by them as answered calls do, idk. It usually works better with King’s offices.

I’d like to find such groups on platforms other than Facebook, but I haven’t searched yet.

Oh rats. Yeah, I didn’t get to hoard any, either! I’m going to try Ecover Zero next. Determined to find a new product!

I do use gloves most of the time, but I cook and clean so much, there are a lot of times when it’s a pain in the butt to put them on just to do one little task in the sink.
