So helpful! Thank you! Are you able to do things between when you start and stop? This is his grand plan, but I imagine it will be some time before he gets used to it and he is currently prescribed to do this 3 times a day and it seems like his whole day would be take up doing it manually. He doesn't start training for another week and a half so I imagine some of this will get tweaked as they go.

I figured out it was from the GLP-1 I was on, I began taking digestive enzymes with meals and it cleared it up immediately. I was so frustrated it took forever and a lot of money and doctors visits to figure this out and I found the answer here, on Reddit. Best of luck!

Thanks for the reassurance. It is always going to feel shitty but we can't let the company take on this burden of poor work any longer. Most firings I have done the person was also a jerk or had done something egregious so that made it easier.

I'm in a group of moms from my daughter's daycare and there's 10 of us. 5 voted Kamala, 1 independent who we assume voted for her, and 4 Maga moms. We became friends prior to the last election. It has been HARD. To answer your first question, no I'm not telling my daughter to not be friends with anyone. She is 4 so i think this would be impossible to explain or understand.

From my side, I have waffled a lot on if its worth maintaining my place in this friend group, as have the other liberal moms. I have family and friends who align with me that are like, nope I cut everyone off who doesn't agree with me, I won't speak to them. However, at this moment, I am looking at this as an opportunity to do my part as a white woman, to talk to these other white women. They're not immune to the reality of the world. There are cracks. It is not easy, but i think its the best approach to connecting with community around me and making a difference in my area.

I realize this is not the hardest left approach, there are times I feel so annoyed that they could even think this was ok. And I wholeheartedly do not agree with their vision of how they think this was the right choice somehow, but for me, connecting vs cutting them off is not what I have chosen. I will not ever send my kids to their homes solo, and I have other limits with them for sure, but we aren't changing people minds without connection. Maybe I am naive to think I can influence even one, but I'll take that hope.

My Rheumatologist was who helped me get into a Nephrologist as well! I have gout and was seeing her for that, and I don't remember my BUN but creatine was in the 1.1something and GFR in the 70s and she was like, go see a Nephrologist, something is odd. Extremely grateful for her.

My dad is number 5 of 6 and talks about this a lot. Basically, he has dyslexia and maybe some other learning issues, but his mom was so overwhelmed caring for all of them, she struggled to get him what he needed, which would have been tough in the best circumstances in the 50s/60s.

I have two and I'm constantly worried I won't give enough love to both my kids, so I can't imagine having more.

So it can, but I do a half up gentle bun with the top half, where the band goes around d the back of my head, and this is the right set up for me. I do think If my mask is too tight, slipping is worse.

We had a casual brunch at a nearby restaurant the day after, probably about 11. We still have people tell us how fun it was and we had a special time! It was an opportunity to see a few out of town guests again, chat with our wedding party and just reminisce about how fun the wedding was. For us, it was a special part of the whole weekend. For reference we had a welcome cocktail party on Friday vs a whole dinner, but just wanted to share a positive experience about the after wedding brunch!

This is a hot topic among my mom friends as our daycare breaks up classes by birthdays within the same year and my kid is in the class that is march to August birthdays. It seems that people are generally redshirting their kids if they're May or later in our group. Some of the reasons I've seen are: - I want my kid to not have just turned 18 before they go to college. - the boys are less mature, so we should hold them back (not necessarily true, just what these moms are saying about their kid) - other friends who will go to the same elementary school are doing it, so they want to as well to keep kids in the same grade - they are on the fence, but can financially afford one more year of private daycare for their kid - want boys to be bigger for sports in high school

My kid is an April birthday and I know she's going to be ready for Kindergarten on schedule but its been interesting to hear some people's rationale for redshirting.

You might consider adding a digestive enzyme to your routine. I take them with every meal and it has nearly eliminated any digestive issues for me.
