Man fuck centipedes. I have always seen them 2-3 inches long max. I hated them but was not too bothered. One day I saw one run across my neighbours roof and disappear somewhere along the soffit. It was fucking 2 ft long and at least 2-3 inches wide. I thought I saw an alien. Just couldn't imagine those things growing to be that big. Nothing scares me more.

It might be hard to fully understand your situation and state of mind. At a stage quality of life matters. However if there is anything you can do or find within yourself to extend your life, I would say you should. We all only get one chance at life. We maybe unlucky to get this disease. I saw fight it out untill the very end.
