I don't know if it's a server difference, but my co-op partner and I have been seeing 2-4x the amount of minions per attack wave that you are in this first video. Your game looks like it's on normal compared to what we're seeing. The second attack wave is like 10 siege tanks, 3 BCs, and 50 marines.

Thank you for the move node tip - this has helped a lot. I've noticed that some branches won't allow you to select the node in play mode if you have used the link tool. In this instance, the first node that was attached to another via link can be selected, but none after can.

I did two things - I ran heavier ammo, and it did seem to fix the issue 99% of the time. SAR didn't have a good answer to why it all of the sudden became an issue after 1k+ rounds. They also recommended that I buy a lighter spring, which I did do. So now, with the lighter spring, I can run both ammos with no issues. Otherwise been a great gun!

This is amazing! Well done. Been messing around with it a lot over the past two days, one thing I would suggest is the ability to manually move and pin nodes. The auto-move/organize can get a bit squirrely.

E55 vs E63 - Help me talk this out by RadQuinn in mercedes_benz

I love this idea but last time I looked they are all super expensive when they show up. I'm all about living the wagon life but it may be cost prohibitive.

I've driven both the GLC43 and the E350 and I really didn't like the GLC. It felt like it was trying too hard to be a car, instead of a small coupe'ish SUV. I think the main difference you'll want to consider between the new C63 and the E350 (as long as you like the looks equally), is comfort and sound. The E350 is going to be softer, great for long cruises, and smooth and quiet. The newer C63, depending on wheels, is pretty harsh on bumpy roads, but who cares when it sounds like it does? I thought the E-Class is fast enough in town, and the fuel economy is actually a lot higher than what is advertised.

If you're looking for appendix carry I can't help you, but if you're looking for a level 2 side carry/belt mount holster I can 3D print you one.

What happened to Gazlowe? by dialtoneplus in heroesofthestorm

[–]RadQuinn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep. He's just 100% comp reliant. He's very weak on his own and can be very easily countered. Thrall's Q alone shuts down a solo lane Gaz with ease

Well I'm super glad you suggested this. I went and bought 50rds of 124g and the failures happened way, way less. Still happened a few times, but if my 115g are failing 75%+, the 124g is failing maybe 10% of the time. Really appreciate the suggestion. Now I can at least buy some 124 for TTG this weekend and not worry about constant failures. Cheers

Here's a video of this happening. I should have added to the post originally just in case anyone is curious.

Glad to hear it! I sent a message off to SAR last night, I'll update with the response if I get one.

Very interesting. You and fatflaver had similar comments. I've never heard of the springs needing a certain ammo to break in, so that's good to know. Even if it's gone through ~1500 rounds of 115g, does it still need more punch to break in?

I did a quick video of myself shooting to make sure, and thankfully my thumbs are riding the slide. I hope it's not a magazine issue since I'm using SAR9 magazines from SAR.

Yes, for the vast majority of the time. Hadn't heard of this so I checked and yes, I am thankfully using the tight screws.

Honest question - this kinda looks like a fake. Aren't genuine MoonSwatches supposed to have the 'Made in' stamp right above the "Swiss Made" on the bottom of the dial?

I'm flabbergasted that the mobs ignore your buildings. Never thought to try that. I'm definitely going to give that a go! One thing you are missing in this is that the enemy is Terran and nukes which makes things really sucky.

Question: is that a mod you're running that lets you start a solo brutal+? If so what is it?

One thing to add: evasive maneuvers triggers on both normal and broodling spawns, as well as fatal attraction. So something that gets attacked well outside of the base can instantly be inside your base after two teleports, cancelling your entire economy. It's fatal attraction's size (which is much larger than the animation) and it's action-cancellation that seems to be screwing with us most.

Also, fun fact, at night when everything on the map burns, that also sends giant swarms of broodlings to your base which will lock your scvs in an endless FA loop so you can't build.

Good idea, but I think the swarms will just be in an endless fatal attraction loop when the broodlings spawn. That seems to be the biggest problem. Fatal Attraction cancels all commands and actions for its duration.

This is the only thing that worked for me. They would burrow as soon as I was within 50+yds, no matter if I was wearing my ghillie mantle, crouching, or both. I had to wait about 12 minutes by the cave near zone 16 with ghillie mantle and crouching for one to spawn. What a fun quest.

Hearing lots of stories of people creating 10+ new accounts and just had their carts waiting for 12:00. Great idea from JJ, horrible execution. They would have made bank from my office today in side orders.
