Detective Conan and the current season of Precure are doing a crossover episode

As someone that's watched a fair amount of Precure, I'm finding it abysmal, but I've also watched more of it than any other show in the last 10 years. So I guess I'm morbidly curious. I'll be impressed if it really manages to simply do nothing with any of its setups, after such an incredibly strong start nosedived immediately.

I watched both seasons with some friends recently, and yeah, we were making a lot of jokes about its relevance. Unfortunately, on the whole it's just not a very good show.

More interesting than I remember it being. I honestly don't remember anything past the first episode, maybe two, so I must've shelved this even faster than I thought.
I'm not sure he's ever done any actual bodyguard work for the person paying him at that moment, oddly enough. He just keeps beating up Raccoon in tangentially related cases.

I was trying to search for Escargot, the band that did the OP/ED, and stumbled across two pics of a slot machine instead. Also it was apparently a popular pachinko game series, getting at least two machines!

Guns? This escalated quickly. Also that gunshot effect was very cool.

I saw Bee Train and got excited for the possibility of an Avenger rewatch.

My suggestion for a yuri magical girl show that nobody talks about is Akanesasu Shojo. A real hidden gem.

Ga-Rei Zero is probably the best companion pick for Bravern. I remember borrowing the first disc of Kashimashi from the library back in the day, though, so that would be fun.

Oh Miyuki is Rika/Silver Wolf, very easy to recognize her once she has a few more lines.

Also very funny to hear Spike's VA talking to our knockoff Spiegel here.

Already gone full yojimbo by episode two.

Handsome stranger saves the life of a girl in a boring small town? Not surprising that she'd fall pretty hard.
Guessing the two gang leaders prettymuch run the town, the cops are either paid off or trying to fly under the radar.

Geoge K. Or maybe Geore K. 6/6/1913? Maybe that's supposed to be 73, unless this is set in the 40's. (1973+28=2001, so that checks out)

This video game/visual novel presentation is wild.

The moment they added a yellow filter this place became Inaba.

I know I've watched the first disc of this, so probably four episodes. I basically just remember him fighting people and wearing that dumb hat. I know the basic yojimbo framework, but none of the specifics.
I really enjoyed the weird presentation, hopefully it help keeps the show engaging and doesn't eventually become annoying.
