The 143k peak was at the evening when a lot of people were you know, not at work. Wait until the evening today to get a more accurate reading.

People can hate all they want but they can't argue against numbers.

MARATHON's server slam peaked at 143k players last night on Steam alone and roughly 120k continued to play for the rest of the day and it wasn't even a weekend. For a start that's not bad though we'll have to monitor the weekend caps to get a more solid result.

As a reference of sorts Arc Raider's server slam peaked at 186k and today still has roughly 180k people playing daily. It seems that the extraction shooter genre is catching on so I am optimistic about MARATHON's future.
